To be perfectly honest I can not remember ever being kicked for death levelling... Mind you I can't be 100% sure that I've been afk for 10 hours straight without any activity... Having said that I do work an 8-9 hour day plus a minimum of 30mins travel time, the only error I've ever got was 007

Does Anet monitor key pressed? I don't think they do. So, no matter how many times you press a key, anet will not check it. But if you don't press a key for a certain period of time, they'll dc you (i have not experienced that even tho i keep my character in town for the whole night).
